Jim is an experienced attorney and businessman whose practice concentrates on advising entrepreneurs and business owners on business matters, estate planning, succession planning, real estate law, and all aspects of business law. Denise is an experienced estate planner and probate lawyer who has counseled a wide variety of clients in matters ranging from simple wills to complex estate plans. She gained her experience as a trust officer at a major financial institution and through years of private practice. Margaret H. Mazanec - B.A., Denison University; J.D., Georgetown University Law Center. Margie practices in the area of probate and estate planning, including special needs and elder law. She also practiced business and environmental law for almost a decade at one of Cleveland’s major law firms, with experience in business and property transactions, litigation, and administrative issues. She has been very active in the Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations, and is on the Board of several charitable foundations. Kathleen C. Katy has more than 20 years of legal experience, having practiced for almost a decade as a civil litigator with one of Cleveland's major insurance defense firms. She has been an active member of the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. She has also spent 10 years as corporate counsel for a privately held commercial developer specializing in national retail development, commercial lease negotiations, and business law Christopher Horn - of counsel. University; J.D., Case Western Reserve University. Chris has more than twenty years of experience in the general practice of law. As “of counsel”, Chris lends his zoning and real estate expertise to the firm. Chris was a member of the Bainbridge Township Board of Zoning Appeals and is currently a Bainbridge Township Trustee. Daniel R. Corcoran - of counsel. B.A., Otterbein College, J.D., Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. In practice since 1952, Dan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm. Dan’s practice now focuses primarily on real estate, probate, and small business law. He has served as one of three Commissioners of the Cleveland Metroparks for eight years. Dan is a member of the Cleveland Bar, Ohio State Bar, and Federal Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
